This destroys the gym which gets the superintendent involved.

The superintendent writes down his name, to remember it, but there's a mixup. Instead of getting the punishment of his life, he gets into the Academy of Scholastic Distinction. At the Academy, Donovan meets many cool people. He meets a genius known as Noah, a try-hard named Abigail, a kind girl called Chloe, a gentle teacher nicknamed Mr.Oz and many more students. He stays here to hide from the superintendent's wrath, and wait until everything dials down.

When I saw the picture cover no way can I resist and I'm proud to read that book it's so cool!

How to Survive a Sharknado by Andrew Shaffer

This is a very comedic book that teaches you about fake unnatural disasters that have been shown in movies and pop culture. It is based on the movie series Sharknado even including testimonies from the film's many characters. This book has various tips and trick to survive in the apocalyptic world we live in. It's of full information on things like Manticores and Stonados.

I loved reading this book. It's a rather short and funny read. I recommend this to anyone who wants to read something more on the easy side. This was a great book that doesn't take itself to serious.

Diary Of the Wimpy Kid: Dog Days by Jeff Kinney

The book I read is Diary Of the Wimpy Kid: Dog Days by Jeff Kinney. Diary Of the Wimpy Kid: Dog Day is fiction. I liked this book because it was funny and it was suspenseful. The theme of the book is friendship because it always talks about how Greg and Rowley get into fights but in the end they make up. The issue in Diary of The Wimpy Kid: Dog Days is that Greg’s mom tells him to make new friends and Greg doesn't want to make new friends and Greg’s dad tells him he has to go outside because he plays video games all day. I recommend this book to boys and girls in 5th and 6th that like comedy and adventure.

Diary Of a Wimpy Kid by Jeff Kinney

Diary Of a Wimpy Kid is a wonderful book. The main character is Greg; he’s entering middle school but he finds himself going through a lot of rough situations. Greg is having a rough time trying to fit in with all the other kids. He also has a hard time trying to meet girls. On the other hand, his friend Rowley is not really trying to bond with other kids nor get to know any girls, but it seems like he is doing a better job than Greg is and that’s him not even trying! I recommend you read this book because it’s really hilarious, but it also might tick you off because of the way Greg acts with his friend and other people. He can be kind of selfish!

In the Land of the Lawn Weenies by David Lubar Is a book about creepy and weird tales. All these characters are going on adventures we dream and don’t want to dream about! This book has stories to tell in sleep overs and other events. Don’t get too scared if you read them because the book has ghost stories from going to the future to telling about how cruel and cool stuff can be! I think this book is astonishing in so many ways. For a fact if you were to listening to a couple telling the future would you do it? It’s a fun book to read and scare people I really recommend to people to read this book! This book is a small but good chapter book. Read to see the stuff that happens!

How They Croaked: The Awful Ends of the Awfully Famous by Georgia Bragg

How They Croaked is a funny and creepy book from the beginning. This is a book about how famous people died in their own horrible ways. It goes into detail on how they died and what they did and where they buried them. It also tells you little facts about them and their culture. Some of these people where young and some were old when they died. Some of the stories tell you what they did when they were younger. Cleopatra, George Washington, and Beethoven are just some of the famous people in this book. If you are brave enough to read this book then you should check it out!

The title of the book that I read is called Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul by Jeff Kinney. The Genre of this book is fiction. Greg is in middle school and is a good kid but, nothing ever goes right for him and bad things always happen to him. In this story Greg goes on a miserable adventure. They go on a road trip that gets worse and worse. They got a pig, had problems with seagulls, had issues with another family and had problems at a water park. I enjoyed this book because it is funny and it reminds me of a show called The Middle. Just like this family, nothing ever goes right for the Heck family on The Middle. One time the Hecks tried to go to Disney World but, everything goes wrong. I would recommend this book to people who like to read funny stories and to people who like to read about a road trip going completely wrong.
