The Fault in Our Stars by John Green

In the book The Fault in our Stars is a fiction book and it is about this girl name Hazel who goes to support group because her mom thinks she needs to go and meet new friends. When Hazel went to support group one day she meets this boy Augustus and they become really good friends. One day Hazel writes a note to her favorite author and she wants to know what happens next because the book does not say so the author wants her to come where the author is. But the doctors do not know if she can go because she has lung cancer and her parents don't have enough money so Augustus tries to help. I really like this book because you see things in different ways and you can feel the characters feelings too. I would recommend this book to people that like twists in the books and who like a little romance and sad books. In this book I learned not to judge someone on how they look.

I recommend this book to people who really like fantasies, action, and fiction. I recommend this book to kids in 6th-9th grade. I don’t recommend this book for little kids because it is hard and there is lot of death. I really enjoyed this book. This book has a lot of twists which I really liked and has a very happy ending after a lot of violence. However I wish it was shorter.

Unwind is about three kids who are sent by their parents to be 'unwound'. Unwinding is basically a 'retroactive abortion' where you are taken apart, limb by limb, without really dying. They say that you aren't really dead because your soul supposedly stays with your body parts. You can legally be unwound from the ages of 13-18. The trio has to avoid being caught by the Juvenile Authority and parts pirates (people who unwind kids illegally). Will they make it to 18? Read to find out!

The Thing About Georgie by Lisa Graff

The book I chose is The Thing About Georgie by Lisa Graff. The genre of this book is realistic fiction. I enjoyed this book so much. The book is about a kid name Georgie he is only two feet tall and the kids make fun of him because of his height. In his school they give Georgie lower coat hangers because of his height. His mom is having a baby but he is not happy about it because he knows the baby will be taller then him. In the book one of Georgie's enemies Jeanie which Georgie calls "Jeanie The Meanie" always bothers him in class. She's always poking him on the back and making fun of him. Georgie is friends with Andy, they always hangout and walk dogs after school, but that changes. Georgie is stuck with Jeanie for a project and he can't take it. This book changed the way I was thinking things because there's a lot of people I know that are small and I don't pick on them just because there shorter then most people, nobody should. I would recommend this book to people who like books where you are gonna turn the page to see what happened because I did that a couple of times during this book. You have to read the end to find out what happens because I was a little shocked!

Survivors: The Empty City by Erin Hunter (Series book 1)

The book that I chose to review is called, The Empty City. It was written by the author with the award winning Warriors series, Erin Hunter. The genre of this book is Fantasy because animals are talking to each other and I’m positive that animals don’t talk. I enjoyed this book because the conflict kept me on my toes with excitement and on the edge of my seat. The Empty City is about Lucky who went through a lot pain and suffering after a big storm that destroyed the pound. Since Lucky was alone, he tries to find his own path for survival. He realizes that no humans are around. Houses are empty and lights were out. To me, it sounds like a ghost town! He then ran into a pack of dogs and saw one dog that looked familiar (not going to say who or how Lucky recognizes that one dog). He then chose to go with them because the pack didn’t know how to do some survival skills and the pack wanted Lucky to teach them. On the way they run into some new friends and also danger but they can handle what’s coming to them. So they go on with their adventure for survival. I learned in this book that survival is hard on you in the world. I recommend this book to anyone who likes adventure and action. Also to anyone who likes Erin Hunter’s other books, this is another outstanding job! If you will want to find out what happens next in their journey, you will have to read the book and the series to find out.

But if I had to choose two set of people it would be people who like drama and romance. The genre of the book would be drama and romance fiction. This is why I recommended people who like drama and romance. I would recommend this book to people who like drama because this book is about a girl, who is dragged 3,000 miles away from her home from Boston to California to stay with her dad because her mother has died. Another genre of it would be romance. I think this because in the book it says that when she was dragged away her boyfriend Ray was sad and promised he would visit (and he didn't). I give this book a thumbs up. The reason I give this book a thumbs up is because it has long vocabulary. Also because it has the most best ending ever, (not telling). And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie

This is a really great and unique book. The story is surely one you’ll never forget. There were eight people invited to an island and two people were the workers. They were all asked to come by an unknown person, Mr.Owen. They thought that he and his wife were rich because it was told that a millionaire bought the island and made the mansion. Unfortunately they were wrong and they were wrong about his plans too. In each bedroom there is a children’s nursery rhyme. What the guests didn’t know is that one by one they would be killed guided by the nursery rhyme. All they know is the murderer is one of them. Stuck on island with no way out, they are doomed to face their fate. Sadly they won’t ever know who was the person that had killed them all. One main reason why I enjoyed this book is because Agatha Christie doesn’t tell you who the murderer was. You’ll need to be smart enough to figure it out yourself. If you think you are clever enough to find out the motive and who the murderer is, then I strongly recommend this book.

The Battle of the Labyrinth by Rick Riordan

In my opinion the Battle of the Labyrinth is the best book by Rick Riordan.  I think anybody who is reading the series should look forward to book four.

So at camp Percy is predicting that there will be an invasion at camp by Luke’s army.  If you read the books common sense says that's really bad because Half-Blood Hill is the only safe place in the world for demigods.  Half-Blood hill protects them from weather, (which gods can make dangerous) monsters, and Luke’s army.  The camp is protected by the camps boarders(which is produced by a tree, but that's another story).  The fleece makes the camps boarders work.  [SPOILER ALERT!!!] Luke’s army is going to invade from an entrance to the labyrinth.  Annabeth, Grover, Tyson, and Percy all volunteer to go into the labyrinth find Daedalus which is the inventor of the labyrinth.  If Luke’s army gets to it first Daedalus might give them directions or the string to find there way.  On the way there all four friends make a few stops (but that's not important READ the book).  After walking they split up by force Percy and Annabeth are following a spider that Hephaestus gave them.  He said it will lead you straight to the workshop of Daedalus.  Grover and Tyson find a path that they believe is going to lead to the lost god Pan (Grovers life goal).

I think you should read this book because like I said I think it’s the best book ever by Rick Riordan.  I would recommend any other books by Rick Riordan.  This book is an action packed thriller that will have you on the edge of your seat, turning page after page.

But later on they get arrested and taken to court where they were charged for treason and got each different years in jail for their different actions. After spending an year in prison Helmuth was killed guillotine. I think this book is an amazing book for fourth through seventh grade. I think this an amazing book because it can catch your interest especially if your into the Holocaust this is a great book you should read. I would rate this a five out of five that's how good this book is. I thought this book was great because it showed some foreshadowing and was a really catchy book. My reactions to this book where surprising because i thought to myself this character is so brave.
