Tell Me by Joan Bauer

It is about a girl named Anna who feels powerless and scared. Due to her parents separation because of her father's anger, Anna is sent off to spend the summer with her grandma. While she works on making new friends and helping, she sees a girl being forced to do things that she does not want to like getting in to a car. When they go inside the car, the girl opens the door and tries to jump out though the women chases her and brings her back. Anna cares. She calls the police and has lots of headaches before the case is solved. Family problems are solved and her mom calls for her to come back, Anna cares about the girl and she tells her mom that she’s on a mission. Her mom talks to her grandma and she could stay for a month only.
